Material choice begins with the demands of the garment and the environment in which it will be worn. We look for fabrics that balance comfort, durability, appearance and ease of care, while seeking greater clarity about their origins and manufacture. Rather than favouring a material simply because it carries a familiar label, we consider its purpose, performance and likely lifespan as part of the complete garment.
Reduced transportation
Transportation is Planned and consolidated to limit unnecessary movement
Uniform programmes involve materials, manufacturers, finishing processes and deliveries, often across several locations. Careful planning helps prevent avoidable journeys between them. By coordinating orders, consolidating shipments and allowing realistic lead times, we can reduce fragmented deliveries and last-minute transport wherever circumstances permit.
The aim is simple: move garments efficiently, avoid sending the same order in multiple stages and treat logistics as part of the design process.
